DESCRIPTION OF ASSAY

This platform uses a complete targeted approach with a defined target compound list (>100) covering classical and non-classical eicosanoids from different poly unsaturated fatty acids (PUFA), including n-6 and n-3 PUFAs such as linoleic acid and arachidonic acid (both n-6) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) (both n-3).. This chromatogram shows the distribution of all targets measured by HPLC-MS (Triple Quadrupole, Agilent 6490) performing dynamic MRM mode.
